Experience Chef Nobu Matsushisa's world renowned cuisine in Atlantic City at the Caesars Hotel & Casino.
Designed by NYC’s celebrated architect, David Rockwell, guests can enjoy intimate ambience with stunning views overlooking the beach and boardwalk. Nobu is a truly unique dining experience and follows the "Kaiseki" style of dining, which is a traditional Japanese tasting meal consisting of multiple courses. Indulge in Chef Nobu’s famous signature dishes including Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Rock Shrimp Tempura and Black Cod Miso as well as traditional Japanese favorites and sushi.
Reservations are strongly encouraged. Sushi bar experiences, lounge tables and bar seating are available to guests first come first serve. Please call or email us at nobureservationsac@caesars.com for large party requests and private dining options.

The ambiance and food, do not match the hype of Nobu and claims of being world class. We started with a very well appointed table with a view, so a good start. The server took her time getting to our table and our cocktails took an equally long time with only half the party initially receiving theirs while the others waited. The initial course came out in an acceptable time and was ok. It went downhill from there. Our server disappeared. Each course ordered took longer than the next with nearly an hour wait in between. We were no longer attended too with our tables soy sauce never being replenished and found our selves getting up to acquire our own utensils etc… The manager of the restaurant was gracious and understanding and did well at trying for service recovery (he’s the only reason this went from 1 to 2 stars). It was just too long and too late at that point. We left the restaurant disappointed and dissatisfied.

We ate Dinner at Nobu for my mother's 80th birthday. We were greeted by 2 very friendly hostesses. Joel was our waiter. He was very informative on our options. We told him what we liked and what we didn't eat(2 allergies) and gave him the reigns to our menu. Joel's knowledge of the menu and how the food is prepared is impressive. The food was wonderful. The experience with was outstanding. The service was impeccable.

Great food. Outstanding service. Extremely overpriced. For $500 for two people I expect a mind blowing meal, and this was not that.

It was our first time dining here. Our server Holly was so knowledgeable and helpful with ordering what we would like. The food was tremendous.

My 3rd time there this year and sat at the bat. I didn't know they had happy hour menu. I order almost everythingth. I love this place.
