Cibo e servizio molto buono, menu un po’ da migliorare in quanti caotico (non si riesce a capire quali sono huramaki, quali osomaki etc. Ambiente troppo rumoroso

Questo ristornate si trova in un hotel lontano dalla strip, la location nn è nulla di che, il cibo in compenso è buono, servizio rapido e accogliente, mi riserverò di provare il nobu del cesar, per poter effettuare un confronto, conto salato in linea con la fama del ristornate, nel complesso risulta essere discretamente buono.

Amazing and tantalizing flavors! The lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing was spot on! As were the oysters and Nobu sauces that accented the oysters! And most incredible dessert, white chocolate pot de crème that tasted like the beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms if you would imagine eating one!!

The food was absolutely incredible rivaled only by the outstanding and attentive service we received throughout the entire meal! We ordered the Wagyu smoked dumplings, chu toro truffle carpaccio (out of this world!), and nobu tacos (Wagyu/king crab). For entrees we had the baked crab hand roll and an off menu sushi roll- both of which were outstanding! Highly highly recommend 10/10!

My friends and I had a delightful birthday dinner experience at Nobu. Our server Jeffrey was absolutely a pleasure! His knowledge, level of descriptive detail per dish and excitement while explaining the experience was one of one! I absolutely recommend Nobu

The service was amazing! Our waiter was very informative and attentive. The food portions are fairly small but the quality made up for it. All in all we had a great experience and we would go back.
