Cibo e servizio molto buono, menu un po’ da migliorare in quanti caotico (non si riesce a capire quali sono huramaki, quali osomaki etc. Ambiente troppo rumoroso

Questo ristornate si trova in un hotel lontano dalla strip, la location nn è nulla di che, il cibo in compenso è buono, servizio rapido e accogliente, mi riserverò di provare il nobu del cesar, per poter effettuare un confronto, conto salato in linea con la fama del ristornate, nel complesso risulta essere discretamente buono.

What a phenomenal restaurant - this wasn’t dinner - it was an event. Party of four ordered 10 small plates - best were the black cod, the sea bass, the beef and onion with mushrooms, yellowtail with jalapeño, tuna crisps, and eel. Desserts were top top notch, including the raspberry crème fresh and kronuts. House cocktail specialties were all delicious as well. Service was fantastic as well - orders were well timed to gives us an opportunity to discuss each dish before the next one arrived. Pricey and worth it!

Let me begin by saying the food was quite good and the server, Mason, was phenomenal. In fact, all the people, from the front desk to the busboy were exceptional. Nobu and his team create delicious Japanese food with a Peruvian twist. The tuna on lotus was amazing. The miso cod, which Chef Nobu is famous for, was excellent (as always). The brussel sprouts, sushi, and mushroom soup were all delicious. So what is the problem? It's not Nobu, it's Virgin / Mohegan Sun and the striking Culinary workers. Just driving into the casino you will be harassed and your car will be hit by their signs. They will call you "scap", "loser", and use profanity. I went in three entrances and this was the case in all locations. This has nothing to do with Nobu, and everything to do with the Culinary Union Local 226 in Las Vegas. After dinner, I went out to talk to the striking workers. Of 9 I spoke with, only 1 worked at the casino. The other 8 were brought in and paid for by the union to strike. That's BS. When I belonged to SEIU, we went on strike once, but we, the workers, picketed, not people hired by the union to cause disruption. Shame on the union for doing this and shame on the union members for not standing up and picketing themselves. People have a right to strike, but they don't have a right to hit my car, nor should they have the right to hurl profanity and use recorded tapes to harrass customers. I just wanted to have a nice anniversary dinner with my wife at a restaurant we like and the beginning of the night with these picketers was uncomfortable and rude. I don't hold the casino responsible for their actions, I hold Culinary Union Local 226 responsible as it is their strike. It would be nice i Open Table had some reference to the strike as it would have probably made me choose a different Nobu location for this important Anniversary night out. Again, I don't hold Nobu responsible for the actions of Culinary Union Local 226. Nobu is not unionized.

I come back here every year I am in Vegas for work. Our waiter Josh was amazing and everything he recommended was spot on and amazing. Thanks to Josh this was definitely our best experience we've ever had at any Nobu.

Very poor experience. Especially at $200+ a head. Took 30+ minutes for our drinks. When we finally started getting our sushi, it took another 20 minutes to get the soy sauce. Lastly, we had vegetarians at the table who ordered vegetarian rolls. They did not come out with the same wave as the rest of the food and were almost treated as a different course that came out 30+ minutes later.

Some of the dishes were delicious and exceptional and some were so so. The service was really good and atmosphere nice as well. Overall great experience but with all the hype I was expecting just a bit more to justify the price tag.

Amazing and tantalizing flavors! The lobster salad with spicy lemon dressing was spot on! As were the oysters and Nobu sauces that accented the oysters! And most incredible dessert, white chocolate pot de crème that tasted like the beautiful Japanese cherry blossoms if you would imagine eating one!!
