It’s one of my favorite places to go to celebrate. The staff are amazing and the environment is great. I see that there are kids there and if you’re cold, you can ask for blankets

We love Nobu. Until today, we've only eaten dinner at Nobu. The food on the AYCE Easter brunch buffet was excellent.

I was really excited to see the offering of the Buffet Brunch for Easter as this was a family fave when Nobu first opened. Today the service was lax and the food just ok. While the sushi was plentiful, the hot dishes were slow to be refreshed and looked tired. Some of our top favorites (tempura rock shrimp, mini wagyu beef and tuna tacos and crispy rice) were all absent. Black Miso Cod was also on that list but appeared near the end of our meal, thank God! I typically feel like the buffet option is a great value at Nobu but today it wasn’t worth it. Feeling disappointed and wouldn’t do the buffet again.

It was lovely to have the brunch again. I hope they come back on Sunday’s brunch. I really enjoyed this year’s Easter brunch.

My friend enjoyed her items, my rolls felt basic. I love Nobus elsewhere, this one fell short in service and taste. No gluten-free tempura batter offered at this location. We struggled for service, be it menus, ordering, wrong items, getting drinks etc. We went for lunch and they were about 20% capacity at noon, yet we were told upon arriving we'd have to leave by 1:45. It never became more packed and felt like an unnecessary negative first impression. I won't be returning.

Nobu sets a high standard and this Newport location did not disappoint. Table for 6 left fully satisfied after enjoying the tasting menu. Pricey but overall a very enjoyable evening with friends and great food.
