Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.

Location more of a cafe style than a restaurant in the hotel off a concourse. Food was average: soup cold, small portions, service was soso. They brought mains before apps and when we mentioned it they said they would speak to our waitress but sh barely came by and did not seem interested in her error. Overall, at $150 + tip per person not good value.

When dining you can never go wrong with Nobu. Aside from all of the wonderful sushi & sashimi preparations the Warm Mushroom salad was delicious. Prepared with a medley of assorted cooked mushrooms served in a light dressing on top of a bed of a red leaf frisée. We also enjoyed the assorted mochi for dessert. The service was excellent.

I had an incredible first sushi experience at Nobu! Sat at the sushi bar, and the chef was amazing—he not only guided me through each dish but also took the time to teach me about sake, offering great recommendations that perfectly complemented the meal. The flavors were exceptional, and the whole experience felt personalized and unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new or enjoy top-tier sushi. Can’t wait to return!

We had a large group with some people who don’t eat sushi and everyone had a great time with lots of unique and flavorful options. Service was excellent and cocktails were amazing.

I had to change the reservation due to a conflict in our work conference—and Nobu was flexible and accommodating. My group also had a birthday and the hostess was truly exceptional! Thank you, thank you Nobu! Truly the best. Whoever runs the opentable app for Nobu needs a promotion!
