Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.

                                                                                                                                                      Our waitress , Naomi was very polite and answered cheerfully. This had been my third time and the quality is fantastic. The Beef Tenderloin was like butter, melts in your mouth. We had early reservation and wasn’t noisy. Thanks for a wonderful dinner.

So small that the client I brought stated they would be getting another meal. The waitress recommended amount of food to purchase was just not enough for the table. The waitress keep disappearing so it was hard to get items. Did not communicate that rice was not included with the meal. The food was just ok. Overall just an ok experience, for an extremely high price.

Too noisy and smells like an ashtray! Our server was outstanding. Very knowledgeable wonderful attitude great service all the way around. The food was very good however we did enjoy the Nobu that’s located in the virgin hotel much more.
