Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Noko is our favorite place to go in Nashville! Every time we go it's always great food, vibes and service! Reservations are hard to get for a reason 😍

One of the best restaurants! Service was amazing. Emery was our waitress and she was the best. We went for my birthday and she was able get me a dish they only serve at dinner (we went for brunch). All her recommendations were spot on and so good. Then she surprised us with an additional dish on her for my birthday. All the staff said happy birthday on our way out. Over all amazing place, amazing food. Highly recommend. We had the tuna crispy rice, burrata, burnt end rice bowl, french dip, fries, and beef tartare.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Husband and I shared 7 different small plates. Every single one of them was fantastic, and staggered in delivery allowing us to truly enjoy the experience. Highly recommend. We will be back!

This was our first visit to Noko but I can assure you it will not be our last! Everything was SO delicious. We loved ordering lots of different items and the server coursing them out. The bone marrow was so good we wound up ordering a second round. The salmon carpaccio, crab fried rice, burnt end lettuce wraps, and wagyu tartare were also must haves!

So impressed. I can't remember our waiter's name, but he was excellent. So helpful and knowledgeable about the menu with great suggestions. They comped our starter for having to wait to be seated for our reservation (I think?), and called the next day to see how our meal was. Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely amazing! Went for my girlfriend’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dinner. 20/10
