Nestled in the heart of East Nashville, Noko is an Asian-inspired, wood-fired restaurant inspired by wanderlust and simplicity of the region. Here, Executive Chef Dung “Junior” Vo aims to perfect the balance of new and old techniques in wood fire cooking, putting his Asian-influenced spins on familiar proteins and indigenous vegetables through smoking, searing, and roasting.

Second time eating at noko. different experience this go around. bad service but food was great. Highly recommend the duck and lobster boa buns.

We absolutely love Noko and are impressed every time. The food is wonderful, the drinks are amazing and the servers are incredibly nice and helpful and make the experience that much better.

Service, food, ambiance. All excellent. Had been trying to get in here for a few weeks and last night made the wait worth it. My wife and I ordered 6 dishes in total, which we felt was the right amount given how tantalizing the menu is. The owner came out at the end of the meal to chat with us, which was a really nice touch. Looking forward to coming back here and to try the new omakase offering.

Great time and the staff was very friendly and the food was so good. The tuna is a must and the burnt end lettuce wraps.

Best experience ever!! Service was great, I loved our waitress. I have a dairy allergy and she really tried to cater to my needs. The drinks were amazing, we got the anti-hero and Juno elixir. Our standout dishes were the duck bao buns and tuna crispy rice but everything was honestly a 10/10. Love this place!

Great service! Host was sweet and very professional. Our server Kylie H is AMAZING! Came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. All my requests were on point upon arrival. Great energy and on top of EVERYTHING! Definitely recommend her as your server.

Amazing dinner celebrating our engagement! All 10 plates were fantastic, drinks and mocktails were great as well. Ava was an awesome waitress and everyone from hostess to floating staff took the time to congratulate us. Attention to detail and the little things is off the charts and so much appreciated (good music selection too). We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back, thank you Noko staff!

John and his team are exceptional. Every detail is considered and every need attended to. I have utmost respect for a restauranteur who takes time to bus tables and greet guests, personally. Just top notch- every bit! AND the food is to die for!
