   Love the restaurant in every way. Beyond the swanky decor, the room is comfortable, service is friendly and professional, and the food is superb! You can opt for chef Norman’s classics like Island French Toast or go for New World cuisine dishes like scallops with black bean sauce, filet mignon with chimichurri, Conche chowder, fried green tomatoes, or bar snacks like oysters, guacamole, or beef tataki. Desserts not to be missed - we had ube cheesecake and deconstructed carrot cake.

   Norman's is fine dining, very fine dining. Cocktails were creative and delicious. Steak, scallops, grouper were all cooked to perfection. We will return whenever possible.

   Really an extraordinary dining experience. Went for a birthday celebration and will make this our regular special occasion restaurant. The service was absolutely outstanding! Food excellent. All the suggestions we took were spot on, really appreciated the wine recommendation. Thank you!

   Food was exceptional, wine list is outstanding, and ambiance is amazing, as always. It was my daughter’s birthday (she’s gluten-free, as is my wife) and they took good care of her. The wine selection and knowledge was superb, and we enjoyed a great Châteauneuf du Pape. We did have a handful of minor, and uncharacteristic, misses that kept this review from being my usual 5-Star glowing write-up (no napkins, forgot steak knives, didn’t comp birthday dessert, etc.).
