Service was very slow and poor. Took a while for our server to take our order and a long time for our food to come out. We ordered desert that took a long time and it was not good (the brookie)

Ambiance great, service by Alberto from Milano very good We started with a pizza, cost $20, I think should be bigger, it was just barely They serve no bread to start, if you want it $9 Pasta dishes ( bolognese and a seafood very good), Tiramisu the absolute best I teally like North Italia, will be back, just make the pizza larger and bread complementary

This was our first time at North Italia and it was a success! Van helped us with recommendations, telling us all about their fresh pasta and was so attentive to my son’s allergies. We ordered cocktails, the carpaccio, a couple of pasta plates and pork milanese! We were impressed with the flavors, serving, and beautifully plated dishes. We’ll be back to enjoy more of their menu.

This was our third time there and we won't go back. Inexplicably they run out of pizza at 8:30 pm. A PIZZA PLACE, half of the menu is pizza...we were celebrating a birthday and we had been informed of that situation after 25 minutos our order had been taken. At the beginning, we were asked for any allergies (garlic in my case) but they didn't follow any protocol because all our food came with garlic. We emphasized that at the beginning of the order. But they brought all our food without any checking or asking. You can have all the nice atmosphere and everything but as always it's the service.....where you lost clients. SAD for a chain. The should know better.

Everyone has their own taste, but for me, the Valentine’s prix fixe menu and ambiance didn’t quite meet my expectations. The appetizers were great, but the sangria pitcher felt overpriced. The main course and dessert options were underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend this spot for a big celebration, but the staff—from the host to the server—were all wonderful and definitely a 10/10 for service. Unfortunately, the food and overall atmosphere just didn’t match up.

Took long to get a server, took forever to get our drinks, you could tell that the food was premade since one of the dish was cold inside and it wasn’t that tasty for the value. Won’t go back

Greg and Chris made our first visit incredibly special! The food and service were exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. It’s a fun, family-friendly restaurant that we can’t wait to return to!

We had a great time. Staff was imcredible. We brought our newborn son and everyone was so inviting. We ordered Sasscaia for wine. Delicious. I would love if the restaurant would invest in a few premium wine glasses for bottles this exquisite. We had the chefs board, crushed meatball ragu and the short rib. All delicious. Broccolini didn’t make it to the table with the entrees. It came out 7-10 min after and was over cooked. We would have appreciated a complimentary dessert for the failure to meet expectations but it didn’t take away from the experience. Perhaps a small suggestion for the future. The GM came by and another manager to touch the table. Overall it was a great experience and we look forward to retuning next week or the following
