Place is nice but also very loud. Slow service, food is average. Not really impressed but also not bad either. I don’t think I’ll go back unless the menu will change

I recently dined at your restaurant with a group of my girlfriends, and I wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had. From the moment I arrived and sat at the bar while waiting for my friends, I was impressed. The bartender was not only pleasant but also incredibly helpful in assisting me with my wine selection. Once my friends arrived and we were seated at our table, the excellent service continued. Our server Jo was attentive throughout the entire meal, ensuring we had everything we needed. And of course, the food was delicious! We all enjoyed our meals immensely. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would certainly recommend your restaurant to others.

We were seated a few minutes before our reservation time which was great but it was almost 10 minutes before we were greeted. However, once JP arrived, it was a phenomenal experience. We ordered drinks ,an app and entree’s at the same time. Took about another 10 minutes to get our drinks but damn well worth the wait. They were also very packed so wait time was understandable. Food was unreal and above and beyond what we expected. Service was on point by JP and ended up in an excellent first experience at North Italia. We will definitely be back soon!

Everything was wonderful until the end. We purchased the Queen’s feast menu, but were told at the very end that the dessert we wanted was sold out. We did not want the other offering, but were told that was our only choice. If we had known this earlier, we would have ordered from the regular menu and saved the $$$ as we did not eat the dessert when it was brought to us. Another option that would have been great is for the server to say she would only charge us for what we had ordered.

Outstanding ! The service was wonderful! Our server was attentive and very friendly, helping with suggestions and answering our questions. The food was incredible! We all loved what we ordered. From the garlic bread and meatballs appetizers, to our entrees of chicken Parmesan and braised short ribs. The chocolate budino dessert was the perfect ending! We will be back! Such a fun night celebrating our friend on her birthday!

Took my sissy there for her birthday. I loved the ambiance. Our server, Denise was awesome, and the food was delicious! She even got a free dessert!

Had a reservation but still had to wait half hour longer than the reservation was for before we could get seated. Hostess said some tables had been there for three hours and had not got up and I asked why don't you go ask them to get up and they said they could not
