Set right on the water, Northerlies is Airlie’s favourite beach bar offering a unique experience filled with island vibes, casual brasserie-style dining, spacious event areas, creative cocktails, and plenty of beach for the kids to explore. Their free courtesy bus runs 7 days a week offering private pick-ups from Airlie Beach, Cannonvale & Jubilee Pocket. Book your next event and celebrate beach-side.

The Brasserie kitchen is open 7 days. Lunch is served from 12:00pm- 2:30pm and dinner from 5:00pm-8:30pm, with our 'smalll bites' options available all day. The weekend Beach Kitchen is open on for dinner on Fridays, lunch & dinner on Saturdays, plus lunch on Sundays. Unfortunately, no dogs allowed as we are located on a wildlife reserve.

Siamo stati due volte nella stessa settimana: il cibo è semplice e autentico, buono e solo leggermente più costoso di posti similari. Il problema é il servizio, molto deludente. Essendo Italiani abbiamo sempre preso il tavolo il più tardi possibile (tardi per modo di dire: 19.45) ma entrambe le volte mente mangiavamo, quindi verso le 20.15, si sono messi a sbaraccare tutto spostando tavoli a fianco a noi, facendo molto rumore… insomma non é certo cosa fare mente della gente mangia, facendo rumore (molto) e facendola sentire di troppo.

This booking had so much potential I booked for 8pm on an evening and arrived the free bus for 8pm and the place was clearing up and packing up for home. What a waste of a journey. We spent more time on the bus than in the restaurant. If booking please note this is a day event and do ignore the leaflet saying open till late because it certainly isn’t. The food is average but that might be what we ordered. The place looked beautiful if it wasn’t dark.

Overall it's a nice place to dine. But the menu wasn't as exciting as it once was. Just seems the same as everywhere else. Love to see something different

The only negative I have really is that they wouldn’t bring the entrees separate to the mains so everything was brought to the table at the one time not ideal next time I would order separately

Don't book the courtesy bus online. Lucky I called they didn't even see my booking and I ended up just driving. Ordering meals were all over the place it was atleast 20-30 mins wait from the first lot of meals to arrive before the next lot came. We ordered 3 kids meals one came out with a main. I had to go up and ask more than 5 times what is going on and after everyone else had thier meals 2 of my kids were still waiting on two kids fish and chips that no one could answer where they were. Definitely a let down, was definitely better when went last year better customer service last time. Paid $22 for their weekly cocktail thinking it would come in a bigger glass but came in a tiny scotch glass for that price I should have got 2. Very disappointing, won't be rushing back there next hoilday 😔

A very disappointing experience. We spent $40 in a taxi to get there and were looking forward to it. It was really busy and took about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. When the food came it was very disappointing. I had the pumpkin and spinach salad with glazed walnuts - there was a few tiny pieces of pumpkin, one piece of fetta, and 2 walnuts. The whole salad was just spinach. My partner got the chicken Caesar salad. His was very average as well but not as bad as mine. We went a few years ago and enjoyed it but this time was not good.

We ordered the seafood platter and we were not dissatisfied. Prawns bugs and oysters were fresh. Decent amount of food. It was pretty busy but platter came out super quick. Little bit hot inside as no air con but all up not to bad. Staff were friendly as well.
