They didn’t deduct the £40 I put down for the reservation, waited over an hour for food one person had food rest waited over an hour. Tried to charge us for stuff that wasn’t even on our table. We were at the restaurant and they tried to charge us for a premium shisha when we weren’t even allowed shisha in the main restaurant…..

Had to wait outside even though a booking was made so that wasn't great but the security guards, waiters and waitresses were so amazing and attentive! The food was amazing and the vibes were great. Would defo return ❤️❤️❤️

We had paid reservation deposit but still waited 1 hour to get in and the food took 1.5 hour to come out. Spoked to 4 different servers and were very rude and didn’t care. Stay away, all hyped for no reason. Minimum spend of £60. a waste of time and money.

Terrible service, food tasted good but too long of a wait for a waiter who was only quick when I asked for the bill and even then didn’t bring me the bill only the card machine. When I asked for the actual bill I noticed it was incorrect.

I find it strange when during booking, the minimum spend is £50 but as we go into the restaurant that gets bumped up to £80 by the receptionists!

The steaks were dry and rubbery, nowhere near any value for money! The food was just very disappointing

The food was very poor quality and it led to severe gastritis . The waiter served the starter plate meant for a wrong table and was insisting that we have it. Only after the intervention of the manager Peter, this waiter took the food back. The cocktails were poor quality. Would not recommend or ever go again.
