                                                  Nova is one of our favorite places in the BVI. The views and amenities are incredible, the food and cocktails are top notch, and the staff is fantastic. Today Ruby made a point of taking our order and getting it in to the kitchen before the Saturday crowd poured in, and in the past the staff here has even assisted when we had boat trouble. Everything at Nova is above and beyond and we will certainly be back many time in years to come.

                                                  Service and communication was absolutely abysmal. Took over 2 hours to receive any appetizers and nearly 3 hours to get entrees. Manager was off to side playing on phone on several occasions in full view rather than doing his job. And then quality of food was really disappointing, including a long hair discovered in my wife’s dish. We had been to Nova on prior occasions and really enjoyed, but would definitely stay away from unless a significant change in management takes place.

                                                  We had the best lunch at Nova. Food was amazing - sushi some of the best ever - and the pool, view, atmosphere and of course service were top notch. We can't wait to go back.
