   Loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of staff. Food was delicious and was more than we could have wanted. Great place for any kind of occasion!

   Food and service are always amazing. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. I love they make drinks with their own housemade bitters, which you can also buy in the gift shop.

   If anyone is considering eating here, please note that you will have to say in the comments section of your reservation that you want to sit on the inside. My husband and I ate here and it was 50 degrees on a winter night and the hostess sat us outside because I did not indicate on the reservation that I wanted to eat inside. The hostess was incredibly rude and was not willing to accommodate our request to eat inside. Mind you she told another customer that she would have to wait 45 minutes to sit outside when there were so many empty tables and they had plenty of staff to help customers. The food was mediocre at best and the service was just as bad. It took forever for our waiter to give us our food and we asked for bread and butter which never came. This is our second time eating here and I wasn’t impressed on my first visit either. Needless to say I will not return to Noyo Harbor Inn. Another thing to consider is the fact that there is only one ADA parking spot and you have to climb several steps to eat outside. I told the hostess my husband sustained a spinal cord injury and it is very difficult for him to go up and down stairs (he broke his neck two years ago) but the hostess was not willing to take that into consideration. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Fort Bragg area.

   Good morning Barbara, I’m really sorry to hear about your disappointing experience last night. We do take seating requests and make every effort to accommodate them, though we can’t always guarantee specific seating. I’ll be checking with the hostess from last night to understand why you weren’t seated inside, especially if tables were available. While we offer a covered patio with heaters and blankets for chilly evenings, I completely understand that it's not always a perfect solution. I also apologize for the slower service; we were exceptionally busy, which unfortunately led to delays. I’m also sorry to hear about your husband’s injury—hoping he’s doing okay.    Always a favorite. Everything was wonderful. Especially enjoyed the creative cocktails that Laura prepares. Genius!
