Nunu Ethiopian Fusion

Herbivore

No dairy products are used in any of our vegan dishes. We use only extra virgin olive oil. Our normal injera contains 10% barely flour and is made fresh every day by Nunu. After much exprerimentation using Ethiopian teff, we have come to the sad conclusion that it is, for some mysterious reason, impossible to make completely teff based injera here. We now offer completely gluten free injera imported directly from Ethiopia. Imported injera has a surcharge of $5 per person. We can add heat to most dishes - please tell us your pleasure.
