Our experiences here have always been excellent, however tonight's service was most disappointing, especially since the restaurant was 20% or less occupied . Our server was mostly very pleasant with lots of good words but she was seldom around and difficult to locate even by her workmates. She got several orders wrong and even the supervisor/manager had to come and help her out. We could not ascertain what the problem was but it definitely impacted the enjoyment of the evening in a most negative way.

I took a group of clients to dinner and was expecting to be impressed as I’ve been there several times before. I was very disappointed in the service. The restaurant was empty, and our table was very neglected and noted by all. The food came out warm at best And again I was disappointed. I know your restaurant is a good restaurant. The food is delicious and I’ve been there before I expect more from you.

We come here quite a bit but I have never experienced such disrespect from a hostess. Our server was amazing. Our food was delicious as always. The hostess ruined our experience and that of other guests as we watched it all unfold. She really needs to find a job that doesn’t include customer service

Unfortunately they were short-staffed and our service was comprised. Enjoyed the great weather at an outdoor table and also the extended happy hour that eating on the patio provides. Food was good, not great. Manager without being asked to, made up for the delays by taking off a significant part of our bill. Definitely will go back.

Overall the meal was ok. My wife was still eating her salad when our main dishes arrived.
