Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Celebrated a wonderful milestone dinner with my husband at Oak Steakhouse. Our server, Gioni, was wonderfully attentive and assisted in making our meal a special one with his thoughtful suggestions and surprise dessert. We cannot wait to return to this Oak location when in Highlands again.

We had a terrific meal. Great salads. Venison Wellington was one of the best game meals I have ever had. But the highlight of the meal was the truffle fries.

We had such an incredible dinner here. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was cozy and just romantic enough to celebrate our recent engagement. Oak Highlands continues to be a favorite of ours.

Amazing food! We have the burgers at brunch and they were delicious! We had our two year old daughter with us and she loved the former Mac and cheese (as did I)! Our server was very Accra our family. Love the restaurant and ambiance so much!
