The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Celebrated a wonderful milestone dinner with my husband at Oak Steakhouse. Our server, Gioni, was wonderfully attentive and assisted in making our meal a special one with his thoughtful suggestions and surprise dessert. We cannot wait to return to this Oak location when in Highlands again.

We had a terrific meal. Great salads. Venison Wellington was one of the best game meals I have ever had. But the highlight of the meal was the truffle fries.

Very cool aesthetic. Love the old school motel vibes. Food was very good, cocktails were great, wine list was well balanced. Wish we had come early to have a drink at the bar.
