Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Oak Steakhouse Highlands is sure to become a go-to for both Skyline Lodge guests and locals.

Always wonderful! Our server was a delightful young fellow that was very service oriented. It was a beautiful Sunday brunch, enjoy their food and watched it snow. Have her life

Food and service wonderful as always. On recommendation of our waiter, we decided to 4-way share our steaks having them sliced and served family style. We would probably just share a steak with spouse or order individual ones next time. All the sides are large portions and great family style.

Another fabulous time at Oak Steakhouse. G provided an amazing experience and the food and atmosphere were spot on. Always a go to when we are in town.

You probably wouldn’t think of breakfast when you think of steakhouse but you would be missing out if you didn’t consider trying it. Service is just as incredible for breakfast as it is for dinner

We had a lovely dinner tonight at Oak Steakhouse. The bread, pork belly, chicken and steak were outstanding. Our server Brooke was so very nice! We can’t wait to come back.

Food was fabulous, waiter was great, Window was blown out next to our table so we had a floor heater nearby, but everyone at the table had to keep their coats on through the meal bc the wind was blowing through the tarp. Noise level was really high with the glass out and tarp blowing. I’m not sure I would return unless I was guaranteed a better seating arrangement, especially when celebrating a family member’s birthday. I loved the meal but had other fabulous meals in Highlands as well that had great ambiance.

The restaurant was freezing because of broken windows, the bathrooms were also freezing, some menu items unavailable due to oven malfunction.
