Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Oak Steakhouse Highlands is sure to become a go-to for both Skyline Lodge guests and locals.

We had a lovely dinner tonight at Oak Steakhouse. The bread, pork belly, chicken and steak were outstanding. Our server Brooke was so very nice! We can’t wait to come back.

Food was fabulous, waiter was great, Window was blown out next to our table so we had a floor heater nearby, but everyone at the table had to keep their coats on through the meal bc the wind was blowing through the tarp. Noise level was really high with the glass out and tarp blowing. I’m not sure I would return unless I was guaranteed a better seating arrangement, especially when celebrating a family member’s birthday. I loved the meal but had other fabulous meals in Highlands as well that had great ambiance.

The restaurant was freezing because of broken windows, the bathrooms were also freezing, some menu items unavailable due to oven malfunction.

Outstanding meal to start the new year. Excellent bone-in tomahawk steak and lobster risotto. Great value with the kids menu. Excellent service and overall terrific experience.

The building was cold. Plastic wrap was applied to all the windows making it difficult to see out. The heat was not working well and several patrons had individual heaters at their feet. Also several of the feature entrees were not available because their convection oven wasn’t working. !! A restaurant without working equipment?? Crowded entry area for waiting on tables difficult logistics.

Dined here before, they are best with their steaks as it is a steakhouse. The puffed pastry rolls were delicious. The trout was average. The server was attentive and friendly. Once they get the double doors installed again which were right beside my table, the ambiance will be better as there was a draft. I will be back.
