Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group's Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak's menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline's interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Thank you for choosing Oak Steakhouse to celebrate Thanksgiving with your loved ones. This year, like those in the past, Executive Chef Matt Weinstein will be doing a buffet style Thanksgiving celebration. The buffet will include carving stations for turkey, salmon, and beef tenderloin. We will also have many of our amazing starters, or appetizers, fresh seasonal vegetables, some Thanksgiving favorites. To finish off this amazing meal, there will also be a dessert station with many fantastic desserts created by our amazing Pastry Chef, Ashley Cannon. The cost for this event is $105 per person + tax and gratuity. Kids 12 and under will be $35++

We come to Highlands once a year at Thanksgiving. We have a short list of favorite restaurants and don’t usually stray since we are always on limited time. We tried Oak Steakhouse for the first time this year and it is now on our not to be missed meals when we come back. The steaks were incredible. Very tender, cooked to perfect temperature and a fantastic taste. The service was top notch. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and our server made it very personal and memorable from a champagne toast to a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion. Thank you for such a great experience. We will definitely be back. See you next year!! If you are in Highlands looking for a great meal definitely visit Oak Steakhouse.

We had an 845 pm reservation. They were out of bread service. I did feel rushed a bit due to our late reservation time. I think if a restaurant wants to close earlier then don’t allow late reservations. Other than that, food was delicious.

This is our third time dining at Oak Steakhouse. It is such a fine atmosphere and the food is truly excellent. We split the filet, which was outstanding, and got sides of Brussels sprouts (fabulously prepared), and wonderful mashed potatoes. Oak Steakhouse has become one of our favorite restorations in the Highlands area.

Jeremy was our amazing server. The weather didn’t cooperate so we had no view which was fine. We’re both had amazing fillets cooked to perfection! We’ll definitely go back when in the area.
