                                                                                      We had read about this ‘restaurant’ on the open table app and had planned for weeks to go but their strict reservation policy is misleading… You Don’t need reservations… it’s a SHAM… we were seated at a ‘reserved’ table as the waitress split the tables apart and moved the sign to the adjacent table and then repeated this move for new customers… The food was unimpressive and the pork ramen my husband ordered looked like slices of spam and smelled like javelina. And BTW, they actually have a Spam dish on the menu! WTF? Nowhere near authentic Asian cuisine, Just insulting. He lived in the Orient for 6 years and this was disgraceful. This place makes Gas station sushi look like fine dining. And the cooks look like the trash off the streets. It’s a glorified sushi food truck in the desert. And the sushi was old and rubbery and didn’t smell the freshest on a Friday night at peak hours. Beware!!! Oh! How the HELL did this restaurant win Iron Chef of Tucson??? BS

                                                                                      The food was delicious! We had Ramen, Sushi, Bao Buns and a Steak Bowl. Everything was perfect. The service was fast and very friendly. One of my favorite places for Sushi and Ramen!

                                                                                      The Black tea old fashioned and chiltepin cobbler cocktails were delicious, as was the Yuzu Yellowtail crudo. The spice / heat level was perfect and not overwhelming. Salmon sashimi was fresh. We also enjoyed tuna and eel nigiri, salmon asparagus roll, seaweed salad and mochi ice cream for dessert. Highly recommend Obon!

                                                                                      Food was AMAZING!!! The drinks seemed to take a very long time but tasted great. Put on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the hostess mentioned it but never told our server so it wasn’t a very special experience.

                                                                                      The quality of the sushi was good, as was the sake! A small recommendation: the Shishido peppers should really be roasted rather than grilled on only one side😁

                                                                                      We just love the vegan ramen. The mushroom broth is the best ever. It's a bit noisy on the patio but we also enjoy watching the activity.
