   I have visited Italy and can say that this is by far the best Italian food I have experienced. The pasta is made in-house and is done to perfection. The dishes are flavorful and delicious. The staff is top notch and the ambiance is delightful.

   We had the most wonderful evening at Occhiolino—the food was exceptional, the ambiance was perfect, and our waiter Zane made the experience truly unforgettable. He was so attentive, kind, and thoughtful with his recommendations. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine. We can’t wait to come back!

   The most enjoyable meal that I have had in months. The service (from Zane) was exceptional. The special rhubarb 75 cocktail was inspired and incredibly well balanced. Wine selection (Lambruscos!) was excellent. The dishes (burrata, focaccia, beet salad, and pastas) were packed with complex flavour. We weren’t rushed (despite staying for 5 hours!) which has become an unfortunate trend in Toronto post-pandemic. Will be back on a regular basis.

   Very good and tasty pasta, the apps were delicious as well. However, hey are not sharing portions despite what the server says. Service could of been better, but overall good restaurant to try!

   Some standouts - the starters for example were great, loved the zucca, salads good. The pasta was just okay, the Norcina pasta was bland, the squid ink pasta was better. Vibe and service were great - just a little underwhelmed with the pasta (at a pasta place)....
