Fantastic restaurant, loud. But service and Quality of food was superb. Check in at hostess stand they are awesome.

Food and service was good. The place was energetic and loud. Didn’t like the $10 dollar fee to valet. But will be back.

The steak tartare was incredible, perfectly seasoned. The lobster bisque was good but could have used a bit more salt as it was slightly bland. The sea scallops were amazing. The ribeye had great seasoning but was a bit tough. Manager Andrew Podhola handled our concerns thoughtfully. He kindly offered to replace the dish with a new option from the menu and even offered to comp it, which we appreciated. However, I declined as I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Both Andrew and our server Luciano provided exceptional service. Thank you! We’ll definitely return to give it another try.

We were very impressed with the newly opened Ocean Prime. The vibe was busy and loud in the 2nd floor bar area but all the other seating areas were nice, but not too loud. Outdoor seating had heaters in the ceiling so it felt nice even on a cool Florida night. Everyone enjoyed our food and the service was wonderful. We enjoyed the ground level bar after dinner for 1 cocktail. Our only complaints are that the valet system did not seem to be working correctly and it was slow but I feel sure they will get that worked out. And we only saw 5 unisex bathrooms in the whole place - 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs - waiting in line for that bathrooms was not enjoyable at such a nice place. We will definitely go back!

Valet service kept us waiting almost 35 minutes to get our car which is unacceptable.

Loved the menu and signature cocktails. Expensive but great service and excellent food. The noise level is loud,so be forewarned.

We ate at Ocean Prime Friday night and it was fantastic! The service was great, the place was busy, but we were well taken care of.

Professionalism paid off. The manager was exceptional in taking care of an issue we had with our gift cards. Everything was delicious! Can not wait to go back.
