Overlooking the aqua colors of the Caribbean Sea, our restaurant is regarded as the island’s most iconic location for dining. We feature a fully open-air dining room. Most tables offer unobstructed views of the Baye de GriGri, spectacular breathtaking sunsets, dramatic full moons rising, passing sailboats and landing seaplanes.

Unsurprisingly, seafood dominates our menu. Whenever possible we source fresh, local seafood caught off the shores of the Virgin Islands.

We hope our passion for sustainability is evident in the highest quality and freshest ingredients we use, including seasonal produce from local farmers.

Our extensive wine list was chosen to balance refinement with versatility and intended to pair well with every item on our menu.

Amazing dinner and service. We have been to oceans several times and it never disappoints. We had the filet mignon, sea bass, scallops and the ribeye. All excellent. They beet salad should be the bar to judge all other beet salads! Dessert of cheesecake, crème brûlée and trio of sorbet - finished our meal. But did I mention the cosmo and wine ? All good. Go here - water front, excellent service and amazing food !!

Everything about Oceana is exquisite. The service was awesome. We dined here twice while in St. Thomas and Dani and Elle provided amazing service. The food is fantastic. Fresh and creative. Oceana is a must when in St Thomas.

Wow, Oceana is an amazing restaurant with superb service. The menu was well rounded and food was fantastic. Will most definitely stop here again!

A completely delightful experience. Exceeded every expectation. Over the years we’ve dined in restaurants all around the Caribbean and this rates at the very top. Highlights — an anniversary note awaited us at a perfect table overlooking the passage — very romantic. Unobtrusive and incredibly attentive service. Amazing bread with near-perfect mussels. Lobster and flounder main courses were almost too pretty to eat, and tasted as good as they looked. Bread pudding and coffee for dessert were a great finish. A special thank-you to the hostess who clearly loves both St. Thomas and her job. Also have to remark about the physical restaurant itself — it’s like dining within a work of art. Lastly it’s really a pleasure to see an exceptionally well-trained staff in action working as a team.

Overall, Oceana is a nice place, but I found it to be average nothing extraordinary. The food was okay, but not great, and the service was lackluster at best. While the views were nice, getting there was a bit challenging. I believe the reviews are highly overrated.

Our favorite STT restaurant. As soon as we landed we made reservations for the next day. Then we decided to invite 2 good friends along. The website said there were no tables for 4 available, which was understandable because it was a Friday, but I decided to call and they were already making accommodations for us! We got a wonderful table as well as our favorite waiter, Adan. We had a fantastic night, with incredible food, great artisanal mixed drinks, excellent service and lovely ambience as usual.

Oceana is strong on service and ambience- the classy atmosphere and view of the water one of the best on STT. But against those strengths, the food was not up to par. We had the Filet (not very tasty and the potatoes actually not good) and scallops (only 3 and gritty). Cooked ok, but the taste was pedestrian. No deserts were appealing.

Wahoo ceviche and beet salad both amazing appetizers. And Halibut and Wahoo specials of the evening were excellent!
