At Odeum Restaurant, Chef Calisi combines Roman and Greek cuisine with Spanish influences, and includes his creative and fun flair to traditional dishes. The Chef spares no expense with the best octopus imported from Spain and the salmon imported from Scotland, fresh local organic vegetables, and grass-fed beef from Australia and the Midwest, yet provides his customers with a reasonably priced menu, fit for every budget. Chef Calisi has not only trained with the very best in his field at the finest restaurants in New York and Italy, but also has a Michelin star to tuck in his toque, which he received during his tenure as Executive Chef and Partner at Dio Deka in Los Gatos. At Odeum, Chef Calisi gives each customer a Michelin Star experience, from his personal welcoming at the door, to his phenomenal culinary masterpieces, and exquisite plating and presentation.

                                              We had dinner at Odeum a few times before pandemic, we enjoyed the authentic and good quality food there very much and glad that Morgan Hill finally had a high-end restaurant in town. But last night (12/24/2024), we noticed a few changes: - our waiter didn't come to ask how the food was, all he did was introduce the two special holiday dishes, took orders, then sent the bill at the end - Entrees we ordered were $32 -$45 each. They came with small amount of meat or fish and large amount of rice or pasta. We didn't see the value of each dish like they used to be 😞 - Glad that appetizers and desserts were as good as before - When we went through the bill, we found two dishes were charged about $10 more each then the prices on the menu. We mentioned that to the waiter, he went check it and corrected the prices for us. This is a BIG SURPRISE to us, as it doesn't usually happen in the high-end restaurant We hope the Odeum management team will make improvements on the food quality and services. Henry Yen

                                              Haven't had such a perfect dining experience in a LONG time! We were celebrating a friend's completion of chemotherapy, which means he had no immune system. Our hostess offered the private room so that he'd be safe. This, even though they had a full house. She even sanitized our menu for us!! On top of that, every bit of her service was perfect...attentive, came to our table frequently enough without being intrusive, food came fast and was absolutely delicious. We both agreed that this was the perfect dining experience and will be back for sure.

                                              Food was great. Versatile menu with good options. I am only giving two stars because of the service. With a reservation, we waited 45 minutes for our table with little to no check in from the host/wait staff. This restaurant had reservations available all night, but from the look of it, I'm not sure how they managed to seat everyone as the restaurant was full the entire time we were there.

                                              Every aspect of our experience at Odeum was outstanding. The staff is gracious and professional. The food is exceptional. And the ambience is perfect!

                                              At 5 PM we were the first ones there. They tried to stick my wife and I in a corner and my view was that of staring at 2 walls. I asked for another seat and they told me no, and that there were other reservations, taking the rest of the tables. So I wondered if all those reservations were at 5 PM like ours. We left and had a great time at Willard and Hicks.

                                              Our sever was very professional and warm. We loved all the Primi dishes we ordered especially the Ahi Rotolo! The ambiance and decor was especially perfect for our girlfriend's birthday lunch. Will be back again and again.
