Whipped goat ricotta never ceases to amaze. Otherwise new location has nice ambience.

We had a great experience dinning here this was our first time eating here on New Years Eve our server was very friendly and she knew the menu very well. Once a year we like to go out and try a new fancy restaurant.

I think that Olia has potential, but still has a few kinks to work out. We waited a while before a hostess game to greet/seat us. Service was good. Castelfranco salad, gnocchi and olive oil cake were outstanding. Steak was ok, but quite over priced for the portion. Good wine selection, although the bottle of sparkling wine we ordered was not fully chilled when it arrived and the flutes were warm out of the dish washer. We went next door to bar Mimi for cocktails afterwards and that was a great way to end the evening. Overall, Olia has not yet reached the calibre of sister restaurants Bar Bricco and former Uccellino.

Great food . Service is much better now . Interesting concept of going through the bar which isn’t owned by restaurant. Seems like an afterthought. Noise level like the first time , very loud for an upscale restaurant .

Attentive service: service was impeccable, friendly and efficient. Creative and delicious food: flavour Italian dishes that are worth the money. Fine decor: simple and beige decor in an open concept room. Extremely loud space: arrived around 5:30 and the restaurant was half full. This was great for conversation and ambiance. As soon as 6:15 hit, the restaurant was full. At this time, I could not hear my partner speak. It may be because we were in the middle of the restaurant, and it was not the two table on either side of us, it was the entire space.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. Loved the lighting. The menu was limited but the selections available were very good. We had a great evening and will return in the future!

We went to Olia to celebrate our anniversary. We have been avid goers of Uccellino and loved it so we were excited for the re-brand in a bigger space. The usual dishes (whipped goat ricotta, culatello, etc.) were all amazing as always, and the space is beautiful. Hopefully it was just a one off for this night, but we were incredibly disappointed in the service. Beyond the hello and taking our orders and picking up plates, there was no personal touch to the service at all. Typically servers ask about your night, if you're celebrating anything, etc. but she really did not seem to care about our experience. The Ragu, which is one of our favorite dishes, came out cold. The other two pastas we had came out hot which was good; the chestnut agnolotti was 10/10 but the crab and potato ravioli was a little fishy for our taste. Service was incredibly slow. We sat down for our reso at 7:45 and ordered our food as soon as the drinks hit the table (although we were ready to order and would have liked the server to ask if we were ready to order food when she took the drink orders, but she seemed in a hurry). Our first main dish hit the table at 8:58 PM. The food is incredible, but the service was definitely really disappointing, especially considering we spent over $200 and chose this place to celebrate a big milestone. Hopefully this is just a nuance with a new opening, but it definitely left us a little let down as big fans of this restaurant.

Food was delicious as always! Service was a bit lacking and very sporadic. The dinning room was also much louder than the last time I was there. The music seemed to be quite loud.
