1. If one is on a soup diet, I recommend their unlimited soup and bread course. 2. The dessert cakes were offered to us after lunch. I suggest that the cake slices be put in a trolley, with class covers, instead of being carried , uncovered, on a tray by a wait staff. Thanks !

Excellent food. The service can still be improved. All in all our lunch yesterday was perfect.

Reservation is nonsense. We reserved a 7:15PM seat, arrived at 7:00PM and waited. We were advised that there are no available seats inside and that the reservation automatically entails a booking for a booth outside/al fresco - which by the way was not mentioned in any part of the reservation booking process - perhaps it's best to note it in the special instructions part if I were you. Anyway, what's the point of booking a reservation to ensure a booth you like if you guys will accommodate walk-ins who choose seats inside the resto? Bit of a hassle since we dined with two pregnant individuals. For service, you guys are understaffed. Have mercy on your host. The host should be entertaining guests in front however she's 70% absent on her post - not her fault by the way - hire more people. Unlimited breadsticks, salads, and soups are a bit useless as well, again since they are understaffed, only a few remember your requests for refills. Please, again for the love of god, hire more people. Food is so-so, expensive for its price. Maximize your credit card perks with the 50% off because that's when you can only get the food and your money's worth. Lastly, and for the hundredth time, hire more people. I feel so sorry for your team members who are probably overworked every day with the volume of people dining in.

Overall, we had a great dining experience. OpenTable made it very easy to make reservations.

I recently dined at Olive Garden Philippines — Opus Mall with my family and tried a variety of dishes, including the Tour of Italy, Bacon and Spinach Pizza, Roasted Herb Chicken, Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, Strawberry Bellini, and Green Apple Moscato Sangria. Each dish was flavorful and perfectly cooked, capturing the comforting, hearty Italian-American flavors Olive Garden is known for. One of the highlights was the unlimited soups and salads which are of great value and a delicious way to start the meal! The soups were warm and satisfying especially the Chicken and Gnocchi Soup. Also, the fresh Italian salad added a nice touch to balance out the richness of the main dishes. The drinks, particularly the Strawberry Bellini and Green Apple Moscato Sangria, were refreshing and complemented the meal well. Overall, this experience was well worth the price, and we’ll definitely be coming back for more!

It was a nice visit to the newly opened Olive Garden in Opus Mall. Though the space is cramp, as tables are close to other tables not like in other Olive Garden branches I visited in Manila and Dubai. The bread is quite cold and hard when served to us.
