So my wife and I went for their anniversary celebration. They had a nice discount for us loyal patrons, which certainly made the event attractive. HOWEVER, we were relegated to their expansion patio space. It is a cement floor, fake plants, very little else for decor, and we were surrounded by kids. The truth is, when we go to an Italian restaurant, we are looking for a romantic ambiance, and this was NOT IT. All of our food was UTTERLY FANTASTIC (such as the carbonera and the veal chop), but between the lack of ambiance and the fact that our waiter (who seemed relatively inexperienced) was quite a bit slower than average, to be honest, we were disappointed in our experience. We will go back, but next time we will insist on being seating in the main dining area. Otherwise, we'd rather dine elsewhere.

Food is always wonderful. Service was marginal. We had to ask for the 40% off as was advertised and when our apps were delivered to the wrong table we also had to ask that they at least buy us around of drinks. I was in the restaurant business for many years and these situations were something that were handled without asking All this said the food is wonderful and usually the service is better

Overall good. Chicken parm with no pasta? Really? Salad was so small for 16$. Cake so hard almost not edible. Will try again cuz in the hood but not great

Our dining experience did not get off to a great start. Yes, the restaurant was busy on Thanksgiving Day without a doubt, and they were slammed with a huge group that caused some issues in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we bore the brunt of that and waited and waited and waited for our dinner for way too long. Having said that, the restaurant did make it right. First, they comped us another glass of wine which was appreciated. And because of the long wait they also comped our dinner for us. So, what started off as not so pleasant experience turned out that customer service is very much top of mind at Oliver's. We appreciated their response to an otherwise tough experience. Not to be lost in all of this, the food was excellent both in presentation and taste. Thank you Oliver's.

Food was ok, not great. Prices are WAY too expensive for food quality. Ambience is nice. Wait staff is excellent.

We enjoyed the evening BUT we were in the enclosed outside area and it was WAY TOO loud we could hardly carry on a conversation. Next time we will request inside only.

The food was not worth what they charge. The entree was greasy and a very small. I looked at pasta dishes around us and they were very small. There are other Italian restaurants in the area that are far better. This was our third time and unfortunately 3 strikes your out. We won't be back.
