Located on the 8th floor of Erie's newest hotel, Oliver’s Rooftop overlooks Erie's beautiful bayfront and indulges guests with inventive and extraordinary cuisine served alongside stunning views and captivating sunsets.

Oliver’s Rooftop offers incredible vantage points of Presque Isle Bay provided by massive floor-to-ceiling glass panels. A retractable glass wall allows for open-air dining on the rooftop balcony in favorable weather.

Oliver’s Rooftop is a one-of-a-kind culinary destination that pays homage to Erie’s rich maritime history. Oliver’s Rooftop is named in honor of Oliver Hazard Perry, an American naval commander best known for his heroic role in the 1813 Battle of Lake Erie. Visitors to Oliver’s Rooftop will have the chance to view Perry’s flagship, the US Brig Niagara, in her home port adjacent to the restaurant.

Oliver’s Rooftop is the crowning jewel of Erie’s newest hotel, the Hampton Inn & Suites.

    We came here for my wife's 50th. I wanted something special, Oliver's did not disappoint. The food and the ambience was excellent.

    John was the best author. So enthusiastic and warm. The food was out standing and the restaurant decor was great. Would come here everyday if I could. The view is like no other and the people were so helpful.

    We have been many times. This time was just sub par. They were slow, our waiter was non existent after we took the first bite. The champagne shrimp and lobster pasta had no flavor, lobster was rubbery. The rice with my swordfish had more flavor than the pasta dish did. $40 for 1.5oz pour of Oban 14…the bottle costs $95. The cranberry martini was very good. Overall just very disappointing.

    We love Oliver’s Rooftop, and as usual everything was wonderful. They had a filet and lobster tail special which was cooked perfectly.

    We are fans of Oliver's - love the atmosphere, the bartenders, our server and the food was on point! Manager stopped at the table twice to ensure we were good!! I figured NYE was going to be crazy, so I made reservations way in advance. We were just a wee-bit early, but our table was ready and our server was on top of waters and drink orders! Once drinks were out, ordering began and food was delivered timely and was delicious! Huge props for the pork chop and the seafood pasta dishes! The apple cheesecake was awesome, the chocolate peanut butter cake was above average - the cheesecake just blew it out of the water. We will return!

    Our New Years Eve dinner was great! Great food and great service. No is our preferred waitress and always does a great job with everything!

    Food was not as good as usual, but the service was as good as always. Love the place, but it was very busy so maybe this was the reason.
