Olivine is Grand Wailea's oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Spaghetti with pomodoro sauce and Buratta (added extra shrimp) was excellent! Chicken piccata was also good. Richard as our server and he was very knowledgeable and very attentive. We’d definitely go back. Next time we’d like to try the pizza as it looked so yummy!

Hands down the best meal we had in Maui. Great wine and cocktail selection and good service. Beautiful views. I would highly recommend.

Olivine is one of our favorite restaurants in Maui. We’ve had the same server the last two times we’ve visited and she’s great.

Service was slow but friendly and costs were over the top for poor food. Pasta was clumped together and over cooked. They were out of bread. Overall a terrible experience.

The experience was below average given the location and prices. $34 dollars for a small martini is simply ridiculous. I don’t mind paying top dollar for top quality. Additionally, the entrees were not great. Fish overcooked, risotto undercooked and simply no flavor. Too many good options in Wailea to make this an expensive choice.

Very expensive but the food is amazing! The staff appeared under staffed. Our meal took over 2 hours to complete. The noise level was extremely loud. This is not the place for a romantic dinner but if you are not in a hurry and want great food (and don't mind spending some serious money) this is a great place!

We came back a year later for the squash blossoms, but all the food and drinks were excellent. Our server went above and beyond for us and we left happy albeit a bit slowly as we were very full.

Dining experience was a pleasure only because of the overall ambiance (sunset,open air,attentive staff..etc) Food was unexpectedly expensive for a not so superior food on the menu. We have eaten all around Maui, chosen Olivine for our family New Year dinner as our way of support to business as locals, and must say we were dissatisfied and disappointed.
