Caldo was very bland. Left the chicken skin on so soggy looking. No usual rice, cilantro and onion on the side. The street corn was delicious

We enjoyed our dinner at Oak Cochina very much, a group of four of us had the guacamole and chips, pitcher of margaritas, and entrees, including chicken enchiladas. the stuffed chili rellenos, and tacos plate. The restaurant has a happening, festive, upbeat atmosphere which contributed to the good time, though was noisy, which could make conversation a bit challenging. It was a busy, night and service was a bit slow. My only real criticisms were that the menu is somewhat limited, and some items I thought were expensive (House made chips and guacamole $14.95., though admittedly, no one forced us to order this). The food was quite good, the service was friendly and professional, the margaritas were great, had a good time was held by all!

The food was amazing! I also love the latin music they were playing from various artists! Drinks were also 10/10. Much recommended.

I was at the restaurant for another event so was really looking forward to celebrating Valentines there. The Food was good but the service was horrible. They sat us down at a table that was dirty and sticky. We didn't get plates or utensils even after our food arrived. We ordered an appetizer that never arrived and instead we got a drink that we cancelled shortly after ordering. We didn't get the bill until we paid. Once we got the printed receipt we discovered we were charged for the appetizers that didn't arrive. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but definitely in line with the overall experience. Overall the place felt very disorganized and the experience was mediocre at best.

Our group had a wonderful experience at Olla Cocina. Guy was very helpful assisting me to organize a dinner for 21 people. We we arrived, our table was ready and everything looked great. Pietro was assigned to our group as our server, and he did an excellent job of taking care of us. We started with drinks, appetizers which we all enjoyed. We then ordered dinner which came out promptly and everything was hot. There were no complaints from anyone in our group. We all thoroughly enjoyed out dinner at Olla Cocina. We had to wait an additional 30+ minutes to be seated after our reservation time. Service seemed very behind. Our food came out before the drinks. It was very chaotic. Food was a bit bland, I’ve had better street tacos. Didn’t seem very authentic. Overall we were unimpressed with this restaurant. Vibe was lively at least.

I would not recommend this location if you are looking for an authentic place. If you like simple flavors with a Mexican feel, this is your spot. Our waiter was absolutely amazing and his service was the only good thing that happened. The kitchen couldn’t get my simple order right after waiting over 30 mins for a salad and a burrito. Just not with it to me.
