had the fried green tomato benedict & it was delicious! and the potatoes….omg the price is right here & service was fantastic!

Randomly chose to try because it is in close proximity to the Ogden Theater. So happy we did! the portions were perfect for two, the flavors were excellent. The highlight was the crab bisque - It was so rich and flavorful. Personally didn’t enjoy the mushroom but my friend did. We also enjoyed the truffle mac & cheese, short rib tacos, and dirty vodka martinis with hand stuffed blue cheese olives. Can’t wait to go back!!

The food was out of this world. We met a friend, first time here and each tapa was delightful, ingenious and decadent.

I never write reviews but we were so disappointed. we went when they first opened and the food was amazing.. this time everything was overcooked and over salted. I hope they can turn it back around .

This is going to become one of Denver's favorite restaurants! The decor modern and very comfortable from the beautiful bar to the cozy dinning area. The staff is welcoming and attentive and the food is delicious ! We're definitely putting Park & Ollie's on our A-list.

American Tapas you should think about trying things that are off the beaten path. Shrimp with gnocchi was the main star with the lump crab cake as a close second. I’d recommend trying multiple drinks as well. Outstanding place to dine.

Exceptional, as always. We've been here 3 times in the past 2 months and each time is just as wonderful. My husband had the beet salad and scallops and they were delicious. I had the blue salad and the shrimp gnocchi. We have enough leftovers for dinner tonight and it will be a second evening of delightfulness. Easily our favorite dinner restaurant in our area. The manager and waitstaff made sure we were happy with our choices.
