Located in historic downtown Kirkwood, One 19 North Tapas and Wine Bar is a unique dining experience with Spanish influenced tapas creations from Executive Chef, Sarah Hulme

One 19 North Tapas and Wine Bar opened in June of 2010 and is located in the heart of beautiful downtown Kirkwood. Since then, owner Pat Carr and his talented team have been serving quality interpretations of Global tapas dishes along with a perfectly a crafted selection of wines to enjoy.

Party of 4 met for a birthday celebration, at 4, when they opened. One other couple was present. Order for drinks was taken promptly and waters were poured. Had to seek out staff to refill waters. Tapas were ordered and delivered timely. Had to seek out staff to refill waters and cocktails. Overall a pleasant evening celebrating mg friends. Food was delicious. Goat cheese spread, stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped dates, bbq chicken flatbread. Brussels sprouts were a little greasy, though.

We went for Valentines Day. The food was great as usual. Some of the servers were temporary help, but were super friendly. Would highly recommend as everything on the menu is really good. And they always have a few inventive cocktail specials.

One 19 is our Valentines Day Go To. The best staff and ambiance for a romantic evening. The wine and food selection are always top notch.

Unfortunately this dinner was a big let down. Our drinks took 5+ minutes to be delivered to our table, our appetizer was on the cool side and our entrees were delivered about 10 minutes apart so one was cold and the other was overcooked. Considering it was Valentines Day, I was hoping for a great experience but we were very disappointed. Such a bummer.

The seafood special Parmesan Salmon was amazing. Brian, our always superb server, suggested an Italian Chianti that paired well with both my wife’s and mine dinners. Brian poured a glass of Kind Stranger Cabernet Sauvignon for my wife. Great body and complexity without being dusty. Always enjoy the Babaganoush Hummus. One 19 North has the best.

Sat for quite a while before someone showed up to get a drink order, after that much smoother... Tacos not warm....other than that it was just ok. will come back and try again...

Not many items gluten free. Ordered an asparagus risotto, very disappointed. It was flavorless and needed salt/pepper which we had to ask for, then I tried shredded parmesan. That helped, but still very average.
