Two servers for the entire dining room- painfully slow service & mediocre food. We waited 20 minutes for a water refill. I was there with my two young kids. We ordered for them from the Prix fixe and then 20 minutes later the server brings out a burger and fries for the kid next to us. Needless to say they wanted that. The server was very flippant when I asked him why he didn’t tell us about the burger for kids. The burger didn’t arrive until after our dessert came so that was a total miss. They went out of their way to make it easy to miss the gratuity that was already added on the final bill. Merry Christmas to our mediocre server- I mistakenly double tipped. Over $800 for three adults and two kids and we all left hungry. There are so many options for great food in Little Rock and this one isn’t one of them. If it weren’t for the Christmas tree in the lobby it would’ve been a complete waste. We will absolutely never be dining here again.

We had a great experience at the Capital Hotel. The food was great. The service was great! We had such a fun time celebrating Christmas!

The hotel and restaurant were beautifully decorated for the holiday and very festive. The food, as always at Brunch, was very good. Unfortunately the wait for our food was slightly over an hour. This, by any standard, is unacceptable.

My annual brunch with the grandsons was a success again this year. Everything is so beautiful this season. Plus, I left a special ring in the ladies’ room and did not notice until home. When I called, it had been turned it and the Capital Hotel is holding for me to pick up tomorrow! Nice place, nice people, and my young adult grandsons still look forward to our special day every Christmas.

It is an annual tradition for us to celebrate our anniversary with Sunday brunch at One Eleven and it never disappoints. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff are always outstanding.

There were very few customers at the restaurant. The main restaurant closed because the prices had become so high and absurd.

We had a 1:00 pm seating, but we were not seated until 1:20 (which is fine because we took advantage to visit and take some photos). Once we were seated, and served ourselves, there were a few items that were out /gone and were not replenished during the two hours we were there.
