Gather with family and friends inside One Eleven at the Capital for a holiday meal crafted by our culinary team and inspired by the season's finest ingredients and traditional holiday fare.                                                                                       The hotel and restaurant were beautifully decorated for the holiday and very festive. The food, as always at Brunch, was very good. Unfortunately the wait for our food was slightly over an hour. This, by any standard, is unacceptable.

                                                                                      My annual brunch with the grandsons was a success again this year. Everything is so beautiful this season. Plus, I left a special ring in the ladies’ room and did not notice until home. When I called, it had been turned it and the Capital Hotel is holding for me to pick up tomorrow! Nice place, nice people, and my young adult grandsons still look forward to our special day every Christmas.

                                                                                      It is an annual tradition for us to celebrate our anniversary with Sunday brunch at One Eleven and it never disappoints. The food, the atmosphere, and the staff are always outstanding.

                                                                                      We had a 1:00 pm seating, but we were not seated until 1:20 (which is fine because we took advantage to visit and take some photos). Once we were seated, and served ourselves, there were a few items that were out /gone and were not replenished during the two hours we were there.

                                                                                      Ambience was very nice. Staff extremely friendly. Food at best was average. Turkey was moist, gravy lumpy, dressing dry. Despite the $100/plate cost ($82 + mandatory 22% gratuity), there were no dishes available to elevate the experience. Drinks were extra. 4 of us ate for $545. Unless you just want The Capitol hotel experience, not the best use of you restaurant dollars. Sidebar, The Capitol hotel is known for its holiday decorations, not a single one in sight. Overall, disappointing.

                                                                                      Fabulous experience overall and Kyle is an extremely polished manager/host (not sure of his title). He is a true gem and a fabulous, welcoming representative of the restaurant and the hotel.
