One Love Brewery in Lincoln, New Hampshire is located inside the historic Henry Paper Mill, which makes for truly unique surroundings while you�re enjoying a delicious meal with a good brew. Co-owner Michael Snyder is also a seasoned professional brewer. His passion for German lagers is alive and well at One Love Brewery. Even though One Love Brewery is known for beer, make sure you look over the food menu, too. If you�re a vegetarian, you�ll love the veggie poutine. Otherwise, the lobster garlic knots, bison poblano meatballs and clam and smoked belly chowder are absolutely amazing. You also can�t go wrong by pairing a German beer with brewery pretzels and fondue.

                                                                                                        They didn’t honor my open table reservation. They said they weren’t on Open Table and didn’t take reservations. The wait was 45 minutes. The two of us went elsewhere.

                                                                                                        When me and my wife first walked in the lady at the door gave us a weird look I believe because my wife is black. I get that we were up in New Hampshire you do not see too many dark-skinned people. The waitress was cool you just didn't see her very often, helped me with a bruise selection. I ordered a cheeseburger with the pulled pork on top on the pretzel bread that was extra extra dry I wanted to ask for extra barbecue sauce but the waitress was nowhere to be found, and the fries came out cold. The beer that I got was really good though. My wife got a chicken sandwich she enjoyed it. For the price and the service I do not think I will be returning. If I do it will be to sit at the bar to have a couple of beers.

                                                                                                        Our first time at the brewery. Beer was very good, cocktails too. Had wonderful appetizers and main courses. The food was really delicious. One Love is definitely a place that we will return to.

                                                                                                        In short, the food was outstanding, but the wait and service were unacceptable. In detail, we were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time, which was annoying because we arrived 15 min early so 55 min to sit. The server was quick with the initial drink and apps orders, but then disappeared. We had to flag other servers down for drinks etc. We waited 45 min for our check, they were not packed. As far as the food, we only got to have nachos and Buffalo chicken tenders - which sounds basic - but they were both outstanding and not at all average. Quite unique and delicious. Fried wontons not corn chips on the nachos for instance, and portions were huge, gigantic chicken tenders with flavorful sauces, scratch made. Sadly, we skipped ordering entrees because we couldn’t wait any longer. We did order dessert to go, homemade strawberry shortcake with biscuits and cream, it was all very fresh, delicious and homemade. Bottom line, you’ll prob like the food, but set 2+ hours aside and don’t expect to be timely served. Hopefully they fix that.

                                                                                                        Our reservation was for 10, towards the end of kitchen hours, and during an evening when outside tables were occupied by customers listening to the live entertainment. We were concerned about how well we would be served. The staff did a very good job, being attentive to us as space became available for our large party. The beer was good and the food was outstanding. Although we waited longer than anticipated to be seated, once we were, the folks at One Love made us feel very welcome.

                                                                                                        Haven’t been since the pandemic, and the experience was disappointing. They moved their check-in, but you only learn that once you go in and climb the stairs. They only offer pre-set flights, which is disappointing. They discontinued the grass-fed burger I went there for. The server neglected to enter our entree order (which they rushed and voluntarily took off the bill.) They did honor the reservation. So not a bad place, and business was good - but disappointing based on prior experience.
