OOLA Capitol Hill offers craft cocktails showcasing OOLA spirits, elevated bar snacks and PNW casual fine dining, shared plates, driven by the seasons. Executive Chef Elizabeth Blacker creates photo-worthy share plates with the freshest seasonal ingredients with a Pacific Northwest flair.

Nestled in a private courtyard on Union Street between 14th and 15th, OOLA Capitol Hill is a gem of a building with two garage doors opening onto a patio shaded by mature Japanese Maple trees. With 11 seats at the bar and 22 on the floor, it is one of the rare intimate community treasures that make Seattle a marvel.

We also have a Private Dining Room for parties from 8-20.

                                The food was delicious and the servers were great however the kitchen was backed up that we had to wait for over 90 minutes (1.5 hrs) to be served. We arrived early at 6:45pm (reservations @ 7pm), waited at the bar, was seated at 7:30pm and had to wait until 9pm to be served. NUTS!!!

                                Brilliant. What a wonderful place. Lauren the bartender and do-everything owner KT were excellent. Really customer focused. Food was not heavy. Salmon was so tasty. The hanger steak was done just right. The only thing we didn’t do was lick the plate but we cleaned it. Next time have to Uber so we can try the whisky flight.

                                We went during restaurant week. We were a table of 3 so we were able to taste the restaurant week menu. Our service was top notch! The drinks were amazing and can stand on their own. We loved the hangar steak, so tender and perfectly prepared. It’s such a happy place to be!

                                The cocktail with bear in the name was seriously one of the best cocktails we have ever tried! Food was good too! Glad we chose this restaurant to try for Seattle Restaurant Week.

                                Oola was a great meal and overall experience. The owner and staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was excellent. I would have ordered the entire menu for only two of us if our appetites were large enough. The tuna crudo was especially a stand out. Very much look forward to dining there again when back in Seattle.

                                The bartender was friendly and polite. They were a little short staffed the night we visited, so service was understandably delayed. Nevertheless, the staff made it nice for us.

                                I went with three work friends for dinner. Loved the food, the service, and the owner. We ordered and shared most of the menu. All was delicious. I look forward to my next Seattle work trip.
