   After several weeks of trying, we were able to score a reservation. We were greeted by a friendly host upon arrival and were sat at a table along the side of the bar. Our drinks were very good as was our appetizer but when our entrees were brought out to us by the food runner, the entree I received was not what I ordered, and our bartender/server never came back over to check on us until I reached out to the host. I did receive the correct entree but again, the bartender never checked in. Even to get a to go container was a challenge. We aren’t ones looking to be catered to, but to be ignored was not the experience we had excepted.

   We had a wonderful time at Opa. Out server suggested a terrific white wine to go with our dinner since we were unfamiliar with Greek wines. We had the calamari as an appetizer and then swordfish for me and a lovely Greek salad with salmon for my wife. We had tickets to Uptown and were in and out in plenty of time. Great date night!

    We’ve dined out at many Greek restaurants and Opa is on the top of the list! The food, the value, the service, and the ambiance are A++!!
