Went on a Saturday. Although restaurant was half full, they appeared to be understaffed. e.g., our waitress was also bartending. She greeted up promptly and brought us drinks. Our salad took 40 minutes to arrive AFTER I called that to her attention. Dinner arrived 20 minutes later. I had the Moussaka and my wife had the Chicken Souvlaki. The eggplant in the Moussaka was tough and undercooked! A third of the chicken in the Chicken Souvlaki was black/overcooked!

Servers were very pleasant and friendly, but very slow. We were there at 5 pm and only four tables were filled, so they weren't busy. We ordered two cocktails and even though the bar had only one customer, it took almost 20 minutes for our drinks to be made. I ordered the brick roasted chicken and asked for the brussels sprouts instead of mashed potatoes. The sprouts were wet and barely warm and the bacon was soggy. The chicken was just okay, not very tender. Will not go back.

The service at Opa! was fine, the staff was cheerful and responsive. We felt sorry for them because the food quality was so poor. There was something wrong with every dish. The fries were cold and limp. The saganaki was heavy. The chicken and lamb kebabs both tasted like they had been cooked a long time in advance and left to dry out on a steam table. The meatloaf was okay but accompanying potatoes and spinach were very salty

Opa Willow Glen has steadily declined. This was my third visit in three months on a Friday night, and once again, the restaurant was empty. We had an 8-person reservation for 7 p.m., and aside from us, there were no other diners until we left at 8:35 p.m. Shockingly, the server handed us the check at 8:35, telling us to pay and leave because they were closing—despite the sign clearly stating they are open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. We were there for a birthday, but the server just dropped the cake on the table, offered no help with candles or cutting, and hurried us to pack leftovers. Boxes were placed in front of us with repeated instructions to hurry. When we went outside to sit at the empty tables, the server came out and told us we couldn’t stay there either. This isn’t an isolated incident. All three visits since August 2024 have had the same experience—an empty restaurant, no atmosphere, and poor service. Once a lively spot, Opa Willow Glen now feels lifeless, with no music, no patrons, and staff who treat the few customers left with impatience. There was no queue for uber eats or doordash orders so not like this restaurant is making any money with online orders. I wonder how they plan to stay afloat with limited hours & awful service behavior.

They ran out of an item that was on the menu, and they forgot to add chicken to my not so great dish I alternatively order. Disappointing experience.

Overall experience was well below basic expectations for the price point. Service was slow and the staff couldn’t read a situation created by a terrible seating arrangement the host made. (To be fair, after we complained, they moved us to a more suitable table.) We were left without any service/water for 10min+ when we were first seated. Everything else was very slow coming out and details like no spices on kids servings was missed. Others around us were all complaining about the service and the food. We won’t be going back anytime soon.

It was a busy Mothers Day early afternoon lunch/brunch - they had already run out of yogurt parfaits (and Belgian Waffles are apparently no longer on the brunch menu). Service was ~slow, and (aside from the mezze dip sampler) food was average at best - crepes were soggy, beets were doused in dressing, flatbread was was over crisp, and sangria was fruitless. Unfortunately, disappointed.
