I knew this was basically a steakhouse, but two of my guests wanted fish…not beef, and a fish option was listed on the online menu. There was no fish entree on the menu at all, but were told that my guests could order an ala cart lobster tail. That did not come with any other food…no bread, no starch, no veg…nothing. Just the tail. So, things kind of started out on a sour note. One guest expressed interest in a bacon appetizer. We were told they were out of that. Strike two. I ordered a wedge salad and…not kidding…it was a piece of lettuce with brown on two edges, tomatoes that were really bland, and four tiny pieces of bacon and when I write “pieces” I mean super small pieces…maybe the size of dimes. Strike three. Overall, not a good experience at all and I do not not recommend this spot at all.

FAKE NEWS SAM! First off we always have a fish dish in our Entree section of our menu in fact its the first item. Right now it is an Atlantic Salmon. We have chicken, and pork as well for our customers that do not want red meat. This dish was in stock and served to many guests yesterday. The salad was not a "piece of lettuce" it was a 1/4 head of iceberg lettuce. The lobster tail is a side, but served with butter. Not an entree. We love feedback here as we always want the best experience for our guests. We always go above and beyond for guests. However a review that is full of lies will get called out.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Every item was exceptional. Even the bread was deliciously unique. It was a busy evening, but everything came out timely and hot Bri was the server. Very kind and professional. She was very attentive, but not intrusive. First class service. The atmosphere was very nice and conducive for a great time. I am very picky and have to say this exceeded my high standards. Will for sure be back.

The only reservation we could get was 7:45 so maybe it was late (many open tables) but the food was lukewarm warm at best, the waiter was nice but distracted. Took 15 minutes to get salt and pepper. It wouldn't be my first for a fine dinner.

Great food. The steaks were amazing. Tooj quite a while to get it to the table. They were apologetic and friendly, but it would have been nice if they had brought out some bread while we were waiting for so long.

The open kitchen was cool, the bathrooms right across from it were uncomfortable. Our waiter started out good, the more tables he got the more he forgot to bring our drinks. He did have a good recommendation for the wine. Soft Jazz music would be beautiful in there. Food was amazing!

Open Range is very good. The service is outstanding and we had a wonderful Server. Steak was perfectly cooked and all sides were really good. I highly recommend this place if you want a high quality upscale meal (not over the top) in a great setting. The drinks are real good. Book this dinner and go! It will not disappoint.

We came here for our Anniversary and it was everything we expected. My wife had the salmon and I had the beef filet mignon. Noted that I ate my steak with a butter knife. That’s how good and tender it was. 10/10 recommend.
