                                                                                    Management is TOP TIER! Party of 8, had an issue with our waiter (no need to put him on blast but good grief was he unprofessional and rude), we spoke to the manager who apologized AND switched our waiter immediately - she was SO professional and gave us exceptional service. We come here for special occasions and the customer recovery was very much appreciated. Thank you Orange Hill for acknowledging our issue and providing an immediate turn around. One thing to note, the expelled waiter returned to our table and made us uncomfortable by mentioning he had the table “taken from him”…we didn’t need to here from him and not sure why he felt the need to make that statement as we were already made aware, hence why we spoke with Management. Anywho, we will continue to return - delicious food and beautiful restaurant!

                                                                                    We had one waiter, who apparently is a busboy too, responsible for serving about 18 people. He worked very hard and was a great guy, but service was a little slow needless to say. The food, it was good, but I had heard such great things about Orange Hill and we just didn’t see it. Maybe it was an off day?

                                                                                    The food was pretty average at best and way overpriced. You are essentially paying for the location and the amazing view. The server we had was amazing. Valet service took unnecessarily long to get my car.

                                                                                    The food was garbage and expensive. This steakhouse would not last for more than a year in my home city. Yes the restaurant is on a tall hill with extensive views overlooking cities with smog. It was $200 for a child and I to eat. The Caesar was likely the worst salad I have ever had and had to return it to the kitchen. At home we call this tourist food where the restaurant rips-off the patron at high price. All cocktails are made with syrups. No pride of ownership. Really bad food. Don’t be fooled!

                                                                                    We went early for sunset. Windows were filthy so could not take photos from inside the bar. Not fond of the cornbread. Hubby's prime rib was ok, my filet, no taste. We drove in from Temescal Valley.

                                                                                    The dining was great however, the food was a bit pricey for what it's worth. The view made up the difference. The servers were nice and professional. Overall, it was a memorable experience.
