   Wonderful dinner. Restaurant is tasting menu only but wonderful choices. Our group had the 10 course with a very generous wine pairing. Dinner was exquisite and a beautiful view.

   The 4 of us collectively felt some of the dishes missed the mark on flavor profiles. However, others were outstanding. In particular the petite appetizers provided in advance of the tasting menu and the deserts were awesome. We will definitely try again as the ambiance and staff were terrific. Thanks

   Amazing experience. Book a reservation and take the wine pairing 5 course meal! So great! There is a option to do a cocktail pairing but buckle up as that one got intense!

   Organika is stunning and should be added as a bucket list dining experience if in the Cortona region. Dedicated passion to local produce and wine and a beautiful varied degustation menu paired with interesting micro wines makes for a unique evening. This is a restaurant that deserves to be known far and wide- and I hope it will be. Oh yes- it also has a stellar gorgeous view looking west over the valley. Lovely staff and owners. Just.book.it.and.enjoy.
