Would have appreciated a window view of Spokane River as there were lots of open spots. Attentive server who was nice about separate checks for the four of us. Quiet atmosphere.

My friend picked the Osprey for her Birthday lunch. She wanted a window seat to enjoy the fall colors. We both love the apple salad with chicken. It was a beautiful day. She was offered a birthday dessert, she picked the peach cobbler/ cake and ice cream. Every thing was perfect. Had a wonderful time. Definitely going back.

Caesar Salad = Huge pile of lettuce on large plate... with very little canned dressing. Chicken Tortilla Soup = This stuff was trash. Did not even resemble its title?!?! Tasted like blended beans, with strange (maybe Indian) seasonings. Pork Loin = Two end pieces of loin, with one center piece... all a bit tuff... the berry sauce was almost non-existent... the mashed potatoes were a joke - maybe couple table spoons smeared along the edge of the plate. The asparagus was cooked pretty good. David, the server, was the only good part of our meal. He was kind, helpful, attentive, and had our bill reduced, as he could tell we were not pleased with the quality of the food. Thank you David... you deserve a raise and a higher quality restaurant to work for!!!!!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed lunch on our way home. I have some dietary challenges that can make eating at restaurants a real pain, but we were very tired of our two “standards” and wanted to give a different one a try. The Osprey did SUCH a great job of dealing with my requests - I am gluten sensitive, dairy sensitive, and don’t consume sweeteners, so they prepared their Cob Salad without croutons, cheese, and dressing and it was perfect! They brought olive oil and vinegar for dressing, so I didn’t have to eat it dry. Two very minor complaints: 1. It was a Sunday, but was about 2pm and the restaurant was not very busy, but it took probably 15 minutes for us to get menus and water. It appeared that there was a shift change going on and we fell through the cracks for a bit. 2. The water was heavily chlorinated and tasted horrible. I guess most restaurants filter it because I haven’t tasted that much chlorine in years. I could barely drink it. But overall, they had fantastic food and dealt with my food issues flawlessly!

All of the food was delicious and the drinks were strong. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely dine there again!

The seating and the view are amazing. The service is great and the food is outstanding. We had the peach bread pudding for dessert, and it did not disappoint and was plenty for both of us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
