   Food was not prepared per the menu. White bread instead of sourdough; no peach jam on Monte cristo and no peaches in overnight oats. Drinks were good.

   The coffee was terrible and the breakfast was medico at best, not what we were expecting from a place associated to the Statler.

   They did not have as many breakfast options as we expected, but the food we did eat was excellent. The staff was kind, courteous, and attentive.

   The service was terrible. We made reservations on open table app and the availability didn’t match the tempo of the restaurant. We had to wait almost 45 mins when we arrived. It took 15 mins for someone to bring us water and an additional 15 mins to receive service once we did receive a table. My boyfriend was looking up other areas to eat when someone finally gave us menus to order food. Our actual waiter only came to greet us when it was time to collect the bill. The food was good, but the service made this such a horrible place. There’s no point in making reservations either. We still had to wait almost an hour for a table.

    The restaurant is in a beautiful hotel. The ambiance gives you a retro dining experience. The mimosa was spot on. The breakfast food was good too.
