What a gem that Parker needed! Been here a couple of times and everything is outstanding. The ambiance is perfect - from a more casual gathering to an exclusive date night, this place fits the bill. The bruschetta app is a must! The pizza is delicious, the salmon cooked to perfection, and the pasta special we had was outstanding. Try this place; you’ll be glad you did!

My biggest issue was the group of hostesses who acted like snotty mean girls from the get go. Why make a reservation if they don’t reserve a table for you? They tried to bully us into sitting at the bar. No, just no. It’s not like this is a Michelin star restaurant; it’s casual dining in Parker

We had dinner here last night. We had a wonderful wait person named Taylor who was so friendly, fast and attentive. Our party had four people who each had different starters and meals. Everyone was very happy with their food. We will definitely be returning.

What a fabulous restaurant, the food is delicious and fresh. Our waiter was outstanding and would definitely go back!

We were seated and waited 15 minutes before we were greeted by our server and only after we asked if we had one. She walked by us numerous times and nothing. Makes for a not so great impression. The food is great and value good. Service nope.

My son and I traveled from Milliken today to try out Ovest Via. One of my clients who lives in Parker suggested it to me and let me tell you it was well worth the drive!! Our server Taylor was amazing as well!! She was attentive, gave great menu suggestions and was super funny. The carne pizza and fettuccine alfredo were delicious and Taylor helped me select a great wine pairing. I usually only can ever drink white zin so that was so nice to branch out and try something new. I will definitely make the drive again to enjoy this great new restaurant.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. Reservation via Open Table was easy, as always. Others have been telling me that they could not get a reservation for weeks out. The food was very good. Frankly, Parker is not known for having great restaurants so this was a pleasant surprise. There is really only one other restaurant in town that is equal to (maybe better than) this place. The braised short rib was very good. My wife enjoyed the ravioli made with fresh pasta. Wine prices are high for Parker but less than what you would pay in Denver. The place is a bit noisy. Overall, very impressed.
