   Great dining experience at Ozumo Santana Row. The service was great and the atmosphere fun and vibrant. I’ve been to Ozumo many times before and it’s my go to place for business meals as they never disappoint. This time I had a party of 8 and we had so much fun. The only thing to note is parking on Santana row is always an art form. Other than that you can go wrong with Ozumo.

   Excrement suchi rolls , Nigiri and shashi chefs choice was amazing. Fresh and authentic suchi in an upscale restaurant. Service was ok

   Thank you so much to Rom for helping us out! Great place for a first date! She was super kind and understanding we were doing so much talking and she kept checking up on us and our meals. Will definitely be going back to visit her. Thanks again

   The drinks were done well, the honzo roll was outstanding as were the salmon tartar with crispy rice cakes. The gyoza were too gingery and garlicky. The wagyu tartar was good but I prefer a bit of sear. It was pretty loud in there making it difficult to talk to each other. Santana Row pricing - I’d go back though.

   Decided to go for drinks and dinner on a Friday night with friends. We had reservations and glad we did, the place filled up quite quickly after 6:30. Service was top notch, appetizers and drinks were delicious and entree’s were alright but didn’t blow us away.

   High quality Sushi, Nigiri’s and Sashimi. Great selection of ingredients and amazing appetizers. Very decent wine list! Highly recommended

    Service was terrible - items were ordered incorrectly and noodle dish was never received. Server didnt come to check if our food was served properly. Since we had a large table and tip guaranteed overall attitude was they could care less if we were satisfied with our dining experience. Have been there twice in 4 months with same server and unlikely to return. OZUMO Santana row food quality doesn’t match that of their SF location.
