The food really was exquisite. And it may be understaffing due to Christmas Eve. I can’t tell whether our experience was a one off or whether it represent systemic problem. It took us three times to get an iced tea served. They completely forgot about the chowder order their approach to Customer relations was not to charge us for the food that was not served. The appetizers were quite good, but we’re not served before the soup and salad course which made no sense for some reason. There were other tables that came after us and left before us and that may reflect under staffing. It took so long we decided to skip dessert For a bill of over $500. We really were expecting a better experience what came out of the kitchen, though was very tasty. My salmon was honey glazed served, and garlic, mashed potatoes. It was really exceptional. I hope if I were to return in the future, the service would be a bit more attentive and prompt, and perhaps the orders would be written down, so it is not to be omitted.

Christmas Eve dinner was delicious! I had the shrimp pasta, which was rich and buttery. The pineapple lemon drop was also very good.

Everything was wonderful and I especially liked the half portion option on many dishes. The only “complaint I have is I wish there was a little more diversity and choice for the seafood.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience overall, but the placement of our table was a notable drawback. Given that we had a reservation, we expected to be seated in a more desirable area of the dining room.

Once again we had a great experience at Pacifica. Ramon our waiter took great care of us. The Scallop appetizer was so good we ordered a second helping. Highly recommend this restaurant.
