It was nice that they doing parking validations as parking is hard to find at 6pm.

As a business you need to lower the music volume, it was really loud, no one can have a normal conversation. Play music according your clientele and have a sense of the music that its playing. The majority are families or people that not necessarily listen to Bad Bunny, Mike Towers or JBalvin. Mind you I love them. But its not the place to play that kind of music.. Ambience its good. Food its ok… No Parking.

Loved our meals. Had the ceviche and beet salad. I had the shrimp and scallop with lobster ravioli and my husband had the skirt steak and I had the passion fruit flan and churros. Everything was delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious - highly recommend the duck quesadilla and pork belly tacos as appetizers. The skirt steak and the chicken entrees were done to perfection. Our table was upstairs which is quite a bit quiescent than the main level. The fact that they validate parking for the Crown St garage is just the icing on the cake! Will definitely be returning soon.

Food was excellent! They also offer a 15% discount if you’re going to a show at The Shubert afterwards and will validate your parking for the Crown Street Parking Garage.

A couple of friends and I went to Pacifico for New Haven's Restaurant Week. We were all happy with our appetizers (shrimp chowder and veggie arepa) and entrees (steak tacos, branzini over risotto, and camaron saltado). Two of us splurged for dessert and I know I really enjoyed the passionfruit flan. The staff was friendly, professional, and patient. The atmosphere was moderate. We could have a conversation and still hear ourselves over the music and other tables' conversations. I would highly recommend having lunch (and presumably dinner) here! Thank you!

Loved our waiter’s recommendation of the duck quesadilla! DELICIOUS! And they were so thoughtful in bringing 2 spoons for the dessert.

According to the Schubert website, if you were attending a show the restaurant would give you a 15 percent discount. Our waitress didn’t know about that when we asked and it didn’t seem the manager did either.
